Each individual person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification status, active bonus conditions and internal review procedures. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or their associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal — these figures are illustrative). Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation.
x77u reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of automated betting systems, arbitrage strategies inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or coordinated multi-account abuse.
All bets are placed at the User's own discretion and risk. A bet is deemed accepted only when confirmed by the system and a confirmation reference is generated. x77u is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, browser errors or other factors outside the operator's control.
x77u reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at odds or stakes that were the result of a manifest error, pricing error or technical fault. A "manifest error" includes, but is not limited to, odds that are clearly incorrect when compared to market consensus at the time of the bet.
Markets may be suspended at any time, including during live/in-play events, at the operator's discretion. Bet settlement is final once confirmed by the system following the completion of the relevant event or game round.
